Julie Kapaun

Every great company has that one person who keeps everything running behind the scenes — for us, that’s Julie. Formerly wrangling molecules at a biotech firm in San Francisco, she found herself in Hawaii, wrangling electricians instead.
We’re not sure how we convinced her to trade lab coats for load calculations, but we’re glad we did. With a sharp eye for detail, a background in highly technical work, and a sense of humor that keeps the Company moving forward, Julie brings organization and sanity to the chaos of small business.
While she may not be wiring panels, she’s the one making sure the rest of us can do it. Plus, she can probably still explain CRISPR if you ask nicely.
